Job Summary About Us Spoke Insure is a specialist insurance broking and advisory company that has been servicing the Live Event, Film/TV and Promotion industries in Australia, since 2014. Our typical clients include music festivals, concert promoters, film production companies, sporting organisations and marketing/branding agencies. About the Role Due to significant business growth, we are looking for an Administration star to run all aspects of our office on a daily basis. You’ll be based out of our modern Pyrmont office space which we share with a number of other young, vibrant companies. Working closely with the two Company Directors, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: – – To take complete control of the administration side of the office – Produce all business documentation including invoices, policy documents and outbound marketing communications – Undertake monthly financial reporting – Facilitate meetings, travel planning and other logistics – Have input into business processes and planning – Other duties as required About you To be successful in this unique opportunity, you’ll love all things admin, numbers/excel and enjoy being the organised, go-to person. You must have the following skills and attributes: – – Be proficient in office admin including spreadsheet reporting and invoice generation, credit control, document production and general admin – Advanced excel skills and competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office (essential) – Marketing / social media skill-set (desirable) – Strong attention to detail – Have initiative / be driven to keep improving our processes – Be comfortable attending client meetings – The ability to work autonomously What can Spoke Insure offer you?
